How will I know how much gas my telemetered customers used?

PEGASys® , North Shore Gas's transportation management software, has a variety of management tools and reports that display usage information. The usage information can be viewed in aggregate or down to the meter level.

When can customers begin transportation service?

Customers new to any of the transportation programs can start service at any time during the year. Customers who wish to return to transportation service generally have to wait twelve (12) months before returning to the program.
