North Shore Gas is required to conduct federally mandated inspections of our equipment located inside your home. If you receive a notice that you are due for an Inside Safety Inspection, schedule an appointment immediately by calling the phone number on the notice.
The Inside Safety Inspection (ISI) includes inspections of inside gas meters and associated service piping into the meter.
When you are notified for an ISI, please schedule an appointment online or call 312-240-4556.
If you do not schedule an appointment, your gas service is at risk of being disconnected for safety purposes.
