Simply log on to My Account and select "Enroll in E-bill" from the Account Transactions menu. It's that easy!
Once you are successfully enrolled, it may take a month before you begin receiving bills electronically. You will have the option of receiving a reminder e-mail when your bill is ready for viewing. We will also send you a paper bill for only the first month after you sign up so you can compare the bills to ensure accuracy.
Since your payment is sent electronically, the funds for the payment are debited from your account on the scheduled payment date. You should always have funds available to cover the payment on the scheduled payment date.
You may make payments from more than one bank account and have the option of selecting which account you would like a payment to be drawn from when you make a payment.
Schedule your payments to be paid at least five business days before the actual payment due date. Scheduling payment dates sufficiently in advance of the due date allows enough time for us to receive the payment and credit your account.
