Conveniently sign up for payment and billing options like paper-free billing, Budget Billing and Automatic Payment. You can also enroll in payment arrangements if circumstances make it difficult to keep up with your bills.
- Start, stop or move energy service
Simplify your next move by changing your energy service on the app. You can start service at an existing address, stop service after you leave your current address or move service from one address to another within our service area.
- Get customized alerts
Receive alerts when your bill is due and your payment is processed. The dollar limit alert tells you when your energy charges reach a certain dollar amount you set.
- Report a gas emergency
If you smell natural gas, get out of the house immediately and call 911. Once you are safe, use our app to call our natural gas emergency line.
