Note: North Shore Gas does not endorse the services of an alternative supplier or any other natural gas marketer. By Illinois law, small business customers* have ten business days from the date of their confirmation letter to cancel the contract with an alternative supplier without penalty. After that period, if you choose to cancel service from an alternative supplier, certain fees and penalties may apply as determined by your signed agreement. North Shore Gas never charges you any fees to sign up with or cancel a supplier agreement.
