Paper-free billing — terms and conditions

  • You understand and agree that stopping your paper bill means you no longer will receive a paper copy through U.S. Mail. You will be able to view your bill by signing in to your online account.
  • We periodically include notices in billing statements, including, but not limited to, notices that are required by law or a regulatory agency regarding changes in your service. By selecting the paper-free billing option, you understand and agree that those notices will be available to you only online.
  • Your obligation to pay your bill by the due date is not altered or modified in any way by stopping your paper bill.
  • You may request continuation of your paper bill at any time.
